By installing the Scraper for Shopify Chrome extension or using the scraperforshopify.com website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scraper for Shopify ("we", "us", "our").
Scraper for Shopify is a Chrome browser extension that reads publicly available product and collection data from Shopify storefronts and exports it in Excel and ZIP formats. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial tier.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To access paid features, you must purchase a subscription via our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By purchasing, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
License keys are for single-user use and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written consent.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date.
We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time subscribers who are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund within this window, contact us at billing@scraperforshopify.com with your order details. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods.
The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card and is not subject to refund claims as no payment is taken.
The Scraper for Shopify extension, website, and all associated code, design, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for your personal or internal business purposes.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular Shopify store will be compatible with the extension.
Shopify stores may change their structure, block scraping, or restrict their public APIs at any time. We make no guarantees about the availability of data from any specific store.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
